In the U.S., John Van Der Wall has been named chairman and CEO of Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services (PRERS), taking over that position from Steve Ozonian, who is now president of Homestore.com Inc. Van Der Wall was most recently COO at PRERS and president of the Prudential Real Estate Network since 1997.
“John has been a chief architect in merging Prudential’s real estate and relocation operations into an industry leader,” says Jean Hamilton, CEO, Prudential Institutional. “I also want to thank Steve Ozonian for his energy, enthusiasm and vision, all of which have been a powerful catalyst for change during his 10 years with Prudential.”
