Growing Toronto-based Right At Home Realty is advertising itself as “Toronto’s #1 office in selling performance”, based on the number of solds completed in 2007 by the Don Mills office of the firm.
“Based on our research, it looks like we’ve just passed Royal LePage (corporately owned offices) in number of salespeople (925 for Royal LePage versus 940 for Right At Home),” says Howard Drukarsh, vice-president of Right At Home. “This makes us the #1 company at the Toronto Real Estate Board, if you define the category as independent brokerages ranked by number of salespeople.” Drukarsh says in 2007, the company handled more than $1 billion in real estate transactions.
