Royal LePage game creates leads

Royal LePage recently participated in an innovative, interactive game at two of Canada’s most prestigious office towers. An estimated 4,000 people engaged in an electronic game in the lower concourse of Brookfield Place and Bay Adelaide Centre in Toronto.

The game gleaned feedback from those who work in the buildings, and while playing, participants were asked if they would be interested in being matched with a Royal LePage agent to help with their real estate needs.

“It’s a fun way to engage with consumers,” says Heidi Noel, director, broker services “They enjoy it and our brokers enjoy a new source of leads for their sales reps.”
