After almost a decade of consistent ranking in the Best Workplaces of Canada, Royal LePage Performance Realty has placed third for Best Workplaces for Women in Canada, and 11th for Best Workplaces in Canada. It continues to be the only real estate brokerage to rank in Canada.
The Ottawa and Eastern Ontario real estate brokerage was recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute at the 2016 Awards Ceremony in Toronto. It was also recognized as one of the top 20 organizations chosen by PrevNet, an authority on research and resources for bullying prevention, for organizations that are leaders in creating quality workplace relationships.
