Sotheby’s International Realty Canada hosted two intensive four-day Ninja Selling workshops, one in Vancouver and another in Toronto.
Ninja Selling is among the global industry’s most effective, advanced and in-demand sales training programs, designed to help agents install and develop proven systems and strategies that will increase their business in a changing market, according to Sotheby’s.
“Ninja Selling, complemented by our own programs, tools and resources, presents an invaluable system for real estate agents, and the need for it is amplified in a changing market and as we prepare ourselves for success in the upcoming year. The Ninja philosophy is now integral to our company’s organizational culture,” says Don Kottick, president and CEO of Sotheby’s Internation Realty Canada.
Ninja Selling was established in 1994 by Larry Kendall, partner to one of the highest-producing real estate companies in the United States. Since then, it has been taught at universities across the U.S., with additional workshops in Canada, New Zealand and Spain.
Sotheby’s International Realty Canada agents who participated in past Ninja Selling workshops posted significant results:
● 72 per cent of attendees increased their business in the following year
● 32 per cent of attendees more than doubled their business in the following year
● One brand new agent saw a 795 per cent increase in their business after attending two sessions
“Ninja Selling is dedicated to helping our people and our clients go from the lives they have to the lives they dream about,” says Larry Kendall, founder and author of Ninja Selling. “They are solving versus selling for their clients. They are living ‘on-purpose’ in their lives and careers.”
Can’t wait for the stealth selling program.
