Former Royal LePage executive Wendy Forsythe has joined The Swanepoel T3 Group, a research and management consulting firm based in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. The company recently launched T3 Broker, a new division focused on serving the real estate brokerage industry.
Forsythe, a real estate veteran of 20 years, was named president of T3 Broker. It will provide management consulting services to U.S. and Canadian real estate brokerages regarding expansion strategies, business planning, market analysis, compensation evaluation and leadership development.
Forsythe was formerly head of global operations at Carrington Real Estate Services, a company with 36 offices and more than $2.3 billion in annual sales. Previously she served as senior vice president of network services for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and vice president of sales for Royal LePage.
“Wendy is a talented strategic problem solver, yet her hands-on practical approach makes her the ideal management consultant,” says Stefan Swanepoel, CEO of the Swanepoel T3 Group. “Her counselling will assist many brokerage companies be more successful.”
