The Re/Max Hometown Realty team is celebrating 25 years of ownership.
Brokerage owners Ray Wheeler and Janet Eaton marked the anniversary with a party in October at their Brockville. Ont. office, welcoming local community members and politicians.
In commemorating the silver anniversary, the pair donated $25,000 towards the purchase of an MRI machine for the Brockville and District General Hospital.
“The hospital is for everyone, and therefore we feel our donation to the hospital is a way of thanking everyone,” owner and realtor Janet Eaton said in an email.
The Hometown Reality team is also raising $30,000 for a new walk-in fridge for Loaves and Fishes, a food bank in Uxbridge, Ont. They’re confident they can reach that goal by the end of November.
