The Kingston and Area Real Estate Association (KAREA) proudly announced that it raised $18,801.36 for the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF).
Realtors and associates gathered in October for a charity golf tournament at the Loyalist Golf and Country Club. Participants enjoyed a day of golf, games, and a silent auction. Funds raised will go towards purchasing an ECG system for the Cancer Care Center of Southeastern Ontario at Kingston General Hospital.
“We were pleased to partner with the UHKF in achieving this goal and are thrilled to have raised $18,801.36 for this much-needed equipment,” says Mary Ambrose, chair of the KAREA Public Relations Committee. “This would not have been possible without the contributions of local realtors and the amazing community members and businesses who support our fundraising efforts.”
