Last year, Century 21 Canada celebrated a 97 per cent franchise renewal rate, indicating a strong trend of brand loyalty. A total of 26 franchises opted to extend their contracts.

Grace Kelleher, owner of Mississauga’s Century 21 Kelleher Real Estate Inc. Brokerage since 1968, emphasized the trust clients place in the brand, contributing to her decision to extend the franchise relationship for another five years.
