The London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors hosted its second annual London Housing Industry Networking Conference and Lender Show for more than 300 real estate and housing industry professionals.
Anthony Passarelli, CMHC’s senior market analyst, provided CMHC’s fall housing forecast and insights into the region’s demographics. There was also a panel discussion that examined the impact of the new federal mortgage regulations.
Mike Moffat, assistant professor at the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, gave the keynote presentation on the ever-shifting landscape of the Canadian real estate industry.
