Ixact Contact, real estate CRM provider, now includes free mobile friendly websites for real estate professionals, in addition to the existing contact management and email marketing platforms. The company says its goal is to help real estate agents manage their communications, listings, active buyers and online presence with a single, easy-to-use platform for $34.95.
Agents can customize the website’s look and content, including page layouts, colours, banner images and embedded videos. Each real estate website will also reflect the agent’s personal brand including their photo, company logo and social media feeds.
The new Agent Website is included in Ixact Contact’s monthly subscription fee. Customers can also choose from two optional IDX upgrades to add MLS listings. For $12.95 a month, IDX Standard includes property search, a featured listings page, listings galleries, walk score and more. For $32.95 a month, IDX Professional includes all of the IDX Standard features plus features such as interactive maps search, property-specific lead capture and Facebook apps.
Subscribers will also gain access to 16 pages of professionally written website content. They will also have the option to publish pre-written blog content on a bi-weekly basis.
