John Evans, broker/owner of Re/Max of Coast Mountains in Terrace, B.C. has decided to stop listing and selling so he has more time to focus on the growth of the brokerage’s Prince Rupert office, he says.
“After 29 years of sales and 24 years as a selling broker, it’s time for a change. However, I have no intentions to leave the industry anytime soon,” Evans says. He will manage the Prince Rupert office, while Sheila Love, who was licensed in 1992 and came to Re/Max in 1994, becomes the managing broker in Terrace.
The brokerage was originally founded as Re/Max of Terrace in 1991 by Evans and his father, J. Richard Evans, who retired in 2002. It has 15 agents in the Terrace office and five in Prince Rupert, along with a support staff of four in the two offices.
