Re/Max Ocean Pacific Realty donates $8,000 to Salvation Army

The Re/Max Ocean Pacific Realty sales team recently presented a cheque for $8,000 to Pastor Kevin Elsasser of the Salvation Army to support the Comox Valley Tuesday Lunch program, serving lunch to those in need on Tuesdays from the St Georges Soup Kitchen.

The Comox Valley Community Church, affiliated with the Salvation Army, operates three thrift stores in the Comox Valley.  Funds generated through their thrift stores enable them to provide assistance to the community.

Re/Max Ocean Pacific Realty owner Dave Procter was born and raised in Comox Valley. According to his website he “has seen the Comox Valley grow from being quiet and rural to the burgeoning community it is today”.
