Bruce Armstrong has joined Avison Young in its global headquarters in downtown Toronto. He joins the company as a senior vice president and will focus on tenant representation and negotiating office leasing transactions.
For the past six years, Armstrong served as vice president of office leasing for Cushman & Wakefield in Toronto. Armstrong brings 33 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young.
He consistently ranked among the top brokers in Canada while at Cushman & Wakefield. During his many years in the industry, which included working at Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE, Armstrong has completed numerous large lease transactions on behalf of his clients throughout Ontario and across Canada, the company says.
