Caroline Baile announced as Royal LePage’s vice president, network success & support

Caroline Baile was recently chosen for the role of vice president, network success & support at Royal LePage.

Reporting to Phil Soper, president and CEO, Royal LePage, Baile will identify and assist brokerages in attracting successful teams and coach broker-owner-managers on issues around agents and consumer-clients.

Baile was a former team leader, Royal LePage National Chairman’s Club member and A.E. LePage Realtor of the Year, all of which will help set her up for success in her new role.

About her new role, Baile posted the following to her Instagram account:

“After an incredibly rewarding experience as vice president of recruitment, coaching and business development with Royal LePage Corporate Brokerages, I am excited to transition into the new role of vice president of network success and support with Royal LePage Canada.

I look forward to collaborating with our leadership team and broker-owner-managers to ensure the growth and success of our offices, while acting as a brand ambassador within our large and complex real estate industry.

I am truly honoured and excited to embark on this new chapter of my career with Royal LePage Canada.”
