Century 21 People’s Choice Realty in Toronto has expanded from just four real estate professionals almost 10 years ago to more than 350. The company recently opened a new building to accommodate its expansion.
Broker/owner Virendra Srivastava says his success is because “I primarily focus on understanding how to provide the best service in this market and mentor Realtors to achieve that result.”
The new office was inaugurated by Brian Rushton, executive VP, Century 21 Canada at a grand opening celebration last month. Bal Gosal, federal minister of state (sport), was also in attendance.
Srivastava came to Canada from India in 1990 and became a top-producing sales professional before he opened his own office. He also provides real estate advice on a local radio program, giving consumers information about market conditions and what to know before buying or selling a home.
