Fernie, B.C. has a new real estate brokerage: Century 21 Real Mountain Living. Owner and manager Nancy McNay has been a Realtor for 16 years, previously working with Re/Max.
Her partner, owner and broker Marilyn Brock brings a professional background in real estate, legal and accounting to help protect and serve their clients, the company says.
“I worked for years at a Century 21 office. I loved the support and connections the brand provided so it was an easy decision,” says Brock. “Fernie had me hooked from the first day I moved here. The town is walkable and full of outdoor activities on land and on the river. People seek that lifestyle of freedom. It’s a fantastic place to live.”
McNay was one of the listing agents when Brock sold her house years ago, and that’s how the business partners met. They quickly became good friends over their shared passion for real estate. Both had always wanted to open their own office and run a success business that helped local buyers and sellers reach their goals.
“Most of our clients are repeat clients. We really focus on each person and care about their journey,” says McNay.
