In Welland, Ont. former Realty World franchisee has joined Coldwell Banker Canada. Broker/owner Bill Bestward and his sales staff of nine are now working as Coldwell Banker Advantage Real Estate. Coldwell Banker Advantage serves the Welland, Port Colborne and Fonthill communities, based out of its main office in Welland. The firm also operates a Home Display Centre at the local Seaway Mall.
