Colliers International has opened an office serving the Niagara Region, with 30 real estate professionals in branches in Niagara Falls and St. Catharines, Ont.
The team provides full-service commercial real estate services including commercial brokerage, appraisal and valuation, property management and property maintenance, as well as expertise in the growing field of golf course advisory.
“The team has also played a prominent role in Niagara’s commercial real estate market for the past 30 years based on the legacy firms of the Don Wilson Company and Rodger Bailey Realty Company,” the company says in a news release.
