CREA spotlights the unique relationship between REALTORS® and their clients

Buying a home is a tall order, especially for a family of four, where each member reaches well above six feet.

After spending endless evenings and weekends scouring housing options hunched forward to accommodate low ceilings, the family nearly gives up on their search until a REALTOR® enters the picture.

The perceptive REALTOR® comes to the rescue after noticing the family cramped in the corner of another “small” space. With the helpful guidance of a REALTOR® who understands their unique needs, the family finds their perfect home.

On April 3, 2023, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) launched this “Larger than Life” spot as part of its new national ad campaign, “Together, we’ll make home happen.”

In building out the multi-faceted campaign, research revealed the strong relationships between REALTORS® and their clients.

“The homes we live in are a direct reflection of our lives and personalities,” says Larry Cerqua, CREA’s Chair. “We wanted to showcase that special feeling home buyers know all too well—that REALTORS® have a deep understanding of their needs and are there to not only share their market expertise but be the expert advisor in the search for a home that is an expression of who we really are.”

The campaign features a comprehensive suite of assets, including out-of-home and social media, that highlight REALTORS® leaning into a wide range of hobbies, interests, and needs to find a home uniquely suited to their clients.

Keep an eye out for these ads – they run until June 4, 2023, and will again later this fall.
