Engel & Völkers opens in Bromont, Que.

 

Engel & Völkers recently opened its newest shop in Bromont, Que., led by real estate professionals Luce Deslauriers and Alexandre Fortin. The shop will serve Bromont and surrounding neighbourhoods including Shefford, Brome-Lake, Dunham, Bolton-West, Bolton-East, Sutton and Frelighsburg in the Eastern Townships.

The office will focus on residential properties, large acreage lands and estates.

Bromont is 45 minutes east of Montreal. It was the host city for the equestrian competition at the 1976 Olympics and features many outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, biking, tennis and golf. Listings will include prime resort property with ski-in/ski-out capabilities, in addition to equestrian properties, the company says. The commercial/industrial sector of Bromont is home to large manufacturing plants for IBM, GE, Pratt & Whitney and other prominent companies.
