Engel & Völkers has announced a new shop is opening in Regina, led by license partner Angelique Hansen. With managing broker Jeff Markewich, they have a depth of knowledge and experience with a commitment to quality. The global luxury real estate brand is expanding its network to provide world-class service in the capital of Saskatchewan.
“Regina is home to the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, one of the largest cooperative grain-handling organizations in the world, and Western Canada’s largest steel producer,” says Anthony Hitt, president & CEO, Engel & Völkers Americas. “The premium market consists of spacious family dwellings, acreages and resort properties,” Hitt added.
“Demand for Regina is on the rise. Homebuyers are interested in the quality of life and employment opportunities the region offers with well-built, move-in-ready homes,” says Angelique Hansen, license partner at Engel & Völkers Regina.
Local and out-of-province buyers looking to be close to the region’s 4,700 private-sector businesses have their sights set on Regina. The area appeals to first-time homebuyers and buyers seeking a town lifestyle and year-round lake homes.
