Engel & Völkers recently announced the opening of its latest shop in Hamilton, Ontario. The shop will cater to the surrounding areas, including Ancaster, Dundas, West Flamborough, Waterdown and Westdale.

Operations at the new location will be led by license partner Richard Rutkowski, who has over 20 years of real estate industry experience and has been affiliated with Engel & Völkers since 2015. Rutkowski previously served as a city councillor and was named Business Person of the Year in the Ottawa area.
