Exit Realty’s sub franchisor rights for Eastern Ontario have been awarded to Albert (A.J.) Plant and Vincent Detillieux.

Plant has been with the Exit Realty organization as a top-producing agent and office manager since 2004 and was recognized by Ottawa Business Magazine as one of the Top 40 business people under the age of 40.  A featured speaker at Exit Realty Corp. International’s 2014 Annual Convention, he has trained real estate agents in the Quebec market and in offices across Ontario.

Detillieux has been involved with start-up companies and charitable organizations throughout the region, producing “outstanding results in very little time,” the company says.

The partners met at their local church parish and discovered that Detillieux’s background in raising money and Plant’s background in real estate and networking were a winning combination, the company says.

“When the opportunity arose for us to purchase the Eastern Ontario Region for Exit Realty, we knew it was a perfect transition for us,” says Plant.  We are committed to growing our region to 35 offices, home to more than 1,000 agents by 2021.”  The area encompassing Exit Realty Eastern Ontario ranges from Pickering to the Quebec border.

“A.J. has been a leader with Exit almost since the beginning and Vincent is a true professional, adding value to people as well as to the industry,” says Tami Bonnell, CEO of Exit Realty Corp. International.  “Their combination of business acumen and community involvement is a welcome addition to the regional leadership at Exit Realty.”
