The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) is celebrating 100 years of operation with a new monument.
The board unveiled an illuminated rainbow bench on Oct. 19 outside its office in Surrey, B.C. as a tribute to the organization’s contributions and legacy.
“The centennial is a momentous occasion that celebrates the important and significant role that realtors play in building strong, vibrant, and sought-after communities in the Fraser Valley,” Sandra Benz, president of the FVREB, said in her remarks. “It fills us all with an incredible sense of pride in what we, and those before us, have been able to achieve in the communities in which we work, live, play, and learn.”
The FVREB has nearly 5,000 members who operate in Surrey, North Delta, Township of Langley, City of Langley, White Rock, Mission, and Abbotsford.
As a VERY PROUD past member of FVREB and a second generation member I offer my most wholehearted and warmest congratulations to the staff, executive, BOD and membership of FVREB on this momentous occasion. May you have another 100 years of greatness
