Industrial property leasing and sales specialist Bryan Li has joined Avison Young as a vice-president in the Toronto North office. Li brings to Avison Young 13 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing. He previously served as associate vice president at CBRE’s Toronto North office.
“Bryan is well connected in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) North and East markets, with a lengthy track record and an extensive roster of clients,” says Martin Dockrill, principal and managing director, Ontario for the firm. “Bryan’s arrival further strengthens the company’s industrial sales and leasing service lines in the GTA. He will also develop new business opportunities and referrals while working as part of the company’s established Toronto North team.”
Li has experience working closely with tenants, landlords and investors, the company says. During his real estate career, he has completed more than 400 transactions comprising more than eight million square feet and valued at more than $450 million.
