Kevin Lavigne and Patrick Vallières have joined Jones Lang LaSalle as associates in the tenant representation team, focussing on office lease transactions in Greater Montreal. Stefano Guadagnino joins as associate serving industrial property clients in the east end of the Island of Montreal and North Shore. All three will be based in Montreal.

Patrick Vallieres
Lavigne joins from a boutique agency where he specialized in tenant representation for office leasing in both downtown and suburban Montreal. He is a licensed real estate broker. Also a real estate broker for Quebec, Vallières joins Jones Lang LaSalle from residential real estate.
Guadagnino will focus on solutions for Jones Lang LaSalle’s clients with industrial real estate requirements. He is affiliated with the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association (CIBPA).
The firm also announced that Tim Gilmour has been appointed senior vice-president for the Project and Development Services (PDS) team in Vancouver. He will focus on providing clients in Greater Vancouver with project management services for renovation and construction projects, including managing construction budgets and schedules, site roll out and construction team management.
Gilmour brings 15 years of experience in managing all phases of multimillion dollar ground-up construction, facilities maintenance and renovation projects. He joins from Joey Restaurant Group, where he was director of construction and facilities. Prior to this, he was with Best Buy Canada.
Earlier this year, Jones Lang LaSalle opened its first Vancouver office, hiring three industry veterans: Ray Ahrens as executive vice-president and Norm Taylor and Gavin Reynolds as senior vice-presidents. In Vancouver Jones Lang LaSalle provides commercial real estate brokerage services including landlord and tenant representation for leasing as well as investment and occupier acquisition and sales.
