Larry Cerqua is the new president of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB). A broker with Royal LePage Signature Realty, Cerqua has been a TREB member for 35 years and has served on a number of board committees. He has been a designated instructor since 1988 and has served as an expert witness in court for real estate transactions.
“It is my plan to use my voice as president to advocate for the confidence and value that a professional Realtor brings to each real estate transaction,” he says. “I understand the dedication and time Realtors devote to ensuring clients receive the very best service possible.”
Cerqua says Realtor safety is another priority for him. “I hope to communicate and spread awareness about this across the real estate community.” He says he hopes members will “find and make use of the tips and information shared to increase your personal safety as well as the safety of all those you work with and the wider Realtor network.”
