For the fourth time, Mike Appleton of Coldwell Banker Pinnacle Real Estate in Thornhill, Ont. has won the Morguard Literary Award, presented every year by the Real Estate Institute of Canada. This year’s award is for an essay about time management and finding balance in your life. Appleton has also written a new book, called Dialogues to Success.
