New ownership at Re/Max Commercial Advantage in B.C.’s Lower Mainland

Charles Wiebe, Marty Peters and Katharine Johnson have become the newest broker/owners of Re/Max Commercial Advantage in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland.

A fond farewell

Moojan Azizi first opened the brokerage in 2008. About him, Christopher Alexander, president of Re/Max Canada, says: “Thank you Moojan for your dedication to your business, your community and to the Re/Max organization. Your expertise in commercial real estate has been instrumental to the overall growth of the Re/Max Commercial brand.”

Backed by decades of experience

With over 40 years of combined experience in commercial real estate, Wiebe and Peters bring their knowledge and local market insights.

In 2015, the pair started their team, CDW & Associates. Since then, their team has helped clients across all asset classes navigate the commercial real estate market in the Fraser Valley on the lease, sale and investment sides. In 2018, Johnson joined Wiebe and Peters at CDW & Associates as a licensed assistant.

Looking ahead

With over 24 agents at the brokerage, the trio looks forward to building off the success of Re/Max Commercial Advantage, starting with finding new ways to gain more market share and helping additional industry professionals leverage Re/Max in the commercial landscape.

“We are very excited about taking this next step! Re/Max Commercial Advantage has been able to create a strong presence in Vancouver and (the) Lower Mainland and we look forward to building on its success going forward,” says Peters.
