A new kind of brokerage is opening its doors in Barrie, Ont.– P2 Realty is one of the latest businesses to launch in the city’s core.
“One of the things that make P2 Realty unique is that we have a deep knowledge of selling pre-construction projects,” says Pamela Ventresca, founder and CEO of P2 Realty. According to a news release, the company was created from decades of building and development experience.
The brokerage’s new office features a retail space coined The Sales Centre; it works as a full-service presentation centre for “numerous pre-construction projects.”
The team is hosting a grand opening at its Collier Street office celebration on Thursday, November 24, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and inviting anyone interested in real estate.
