What $$$ buys you in…
For this reel idea, we’re using the trending sound and this great template, but we’re switching up the concept a little. At the start of your Reel, add text that reads “What [INSERT PRICE] buys you In [INSERT LOCATION]. If you’ve spent time on the real estate side of reels, you’ve probably seen them, and they’re still getting great traction!
What you’ll need: You’ll need six clips ranging from 0.4 to 1.9 seconds.
How to make it :
Step 1: Tap here to view the reel on Instagram
Step 2: Tap “use template”
Step 3: Tap the grey boxes and select your six clips
Step 4: Tap “next” and add your title, for example:
“What $500,000 buys you In Toronto”
Step 5: Hit “next,” then change or edit your cover image
Step 6: Type up your caption letting them know they can have this home with a CTA that invites them to view the listing on your website
Step 7: Insert location
Step 8: Share and done!

Staging stills
We’re switching it up for this one! In this reel, all you’ll need are pictures. The idea here is that you show, step-by-step, the items you add to, for example, a table, an armoire, or an entire room that transforms the space. The camera can not move.
Take your phone and set it up on a tripod. Make sure you do this in a timely manner so the lighting doesn’t change. Start with a blank canvas, and one-by-one start adding elements. Every time you add an element, snap a picture!
You’ll end up with the same effect the reel below has. You can add a video of the space at the end if you like, but it’s not necessary. It’s fun to see it play over and over again!
What you’ll need: Five or more images of a single space showing the items you add to stage a room step-by-step.
How to make it :
Step 1: Tap here to view the reel on Instagram
Step 2: Tap the trending sound at the bottom left of your screen and select “use audio” or save it for later
Step 3: Upload your five-plus images
Step 4: Tap “next” twice; if you add text, make sure it’s at the end
Step 5: Change or edit your cover image
Step 6: Type up your caption, letting people know you offer fantastic staging services and a CTA to get in touch with you
Step 7: Insert location
Step 8: Share!
Warning: you may get addicted to making these!
