Royal LePage recently announced that two of its media campaigns were recognized by two marketing and communications organizations: the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) and the Société québécoise des professionnel(le)s en relations publiques (SQPRP).

The brand’s 2023 Real Estate Investors Report received a Silver CPRS ACE (Achieving Communications Excellence) award for Best Use of Media Relations (under $50,000). The 2023 Quebec Winter Recreational Property Report also received a Silver award from SQPRP in the strategic component — external public relations category. Royal LePage was the only real estate firm to earn an award this year in these categories, in both instances.

“At Royal LePage, the responsibility to educate and advise Canadian buyers, sellers, renters and investors on current market trends is one that our leadership team takes seriously. We take great pride in our robust public relations program and the impact it has had on the real estate industry and Canadians at large,” says Anne-Elise Cugliari Allegritti, director of communications, Royal LePage.

Published in May 2023, the inaugural Royal LePage Real Estate Investors Report analyzed residential real estate investment trends in the country’s three largest urban centres, and sentiment among current and prospective investors in Canada.

“Being recognized by the Canadian Public Relations Society for this important campaign is truly an honour. It underscores the dedication of our national brand, and the thousands of real estate professionals in markets across the country, to providing expertise and support to our clients and exemplifying our motto, “Helping you is what we do”,” says Allegritti.

The 2023 Quebec Winter Recreational Property Report, released in November 2023, offers a detailed, hyper-localized portrait of price and sales trends by property type in Quebec’s 10 most popular ski regions. The report’s success is due to its ability to provide increased visibility for Quebec’s regional real estate markets.

“We are honoured to receive this distinction from the SQPRP,” says Roseline Joyal-Guillot, director, marketing and communications, Royal LePage.

“Every year, Royal LePage publishes more than 20 market reports on a variety of real estate-related topics. This award recognizes our commitment to providing relevant and reliable information on the Quebec real estate market so consumers can make informed choices. This report would not have been as successful without the input of our many regional experts, who contributed extensively to the analysis and enhanced the report by granting dozens of media interviews in their respective markets.”
