Royal LePage is announcing that Natalie and Sean Burns, owners of Royal LePage Coast Capital Realty, have assumed full ownership of Royal LePage Sterling Realty. It will continue to conduct business under the same name, with the new owners planning to retain all existing agents and staff members.
Sterling Realty is an established brokerage with over 30 years of experience serving the Port Moody, B.C. area.
According to Royal LePage, outgoing owners Ray Erwin, Neil Dinsdale, and Ken Gollner will remain at the brokerage as sales representatives, while Carole Walker and Ken Gibbons will enjoy their retirement. The current management and support staff structure will stay the same.
This change in ownership provides the Royal LePage Sterling Realty’s team of 120 agents with a broader network of referrals and access to new services and tools to further elevate and establish themselves in the Metro Vancouver market.
