Sotheby’s International Realty Canada has expanded to Kelowna, B.C. The firm’s expansion in the Okanagan takes place at a time when regional residential real estate sales have experienced steady gains, the company says.
“Kelowna is a robust real estate market with a strong, long-term market,” says Tom Stratton, managing broker for Sotheby’s International Realty Canada in Kelowna. “Continued expansion in the Okanagan has been one of our objectives and we are proud to be able to grow with the community.”
Located at 108-1289 Ellis St. in Kelowna, the new office will serve Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon and the Okanagan Valley.
