Sotheby’s International Realty Quebec is announcing its latest office opening in Brossard, Que. The company says this new strategic location in the Greater Montreal area has homes dating back to the eighteenth century.
Sotheby’s says the new office, led by Daniel Dagenais, regional director, and Johanne Turenne, managing director, will serve the luxury residential real estate market that has seen “healthy growth” in demand. In the last four quarters, Brossard has seen the median price of condominiums and single-family homes both rise 16%, according to Centris.
“We have seen substantial growth in the Brossard market, with our own brokers seeing rising demand for luxury real estate services in the area,” said Don Kottick, President and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada.
“Supporting the momentum of the elite group of brokers already servicing the region, attracting those who wish to elevate their service offerings with our brand, and meeting flourishing consumer demand with exceptional service are priorities for our company which is why we are very pleased to be strengthening our presence with this office opening,” he added.
The Brossard, Que. office is Sotheby’s 39th office in Canada.
