Kevin Woolham of Century 21 Millennium in Collingwood is the newly elected president of the Southern Georgian Bay Association of Realtors (SGBAR), succeeding 2014 president Wayne Cornfield.
Woolham joined the former Georgian Triangle Association of Realtors in 2008 and has been on the Board of Directors since 2012. Joining him on the SGBAR board for 2015 are Stan Reljic, president-elect; Cornfield; Kim Bellehumeur; Tamara Culham; Keith Hull; Matthew Lidbetter; Joe Rzepecki and Linda Tucker.
The SGBAR donated more than $7,000 from the Ontario Realtors Care Foundation – Every Realtor Campaign to local charities. This year’s recipients were Community Reach in Midland, Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood and the Housing Resource Centre.
