The Rick Clarke Team has joined Keller Williams Realty in the Black Diamond Market Centre in Burnaby, B.C.
The team was formerly with Century 21.
Black Diamond team leader Kevin Lynch says, “This company succeeds through its people and having Rick and his team join our company is a huge win for us. We believe in a ‘win win or no deal’ philosophy and it certainly applies here.”
The team, which covers most areas of the Vancouver Lower Mainland, have been Medallion Club Members for the last five years, in the top 10 per cent of all Realtors at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
Clarke has been in the business since 2005. His team sold more than 80 homes in 2014.
The Keller Williams Black Diamond Realty Market Centre was established in 2013 and has 74 associates.
