For the third year in a row, Jeremie Fontaine, sales representative with EXIT Realty Associates in Dieppe, New Brunswick, was named Top Lister in North America.

The award was presented at EXIT Realty Corp. International’s convention in Anaheim, California, and the ceremony was an event highlight.

Fontaine, who joined EXIT in 2018 straight from university, was also honoured with the Titanium Award for closing over 150 real estate transaction sides. To top it off, since he’d closed 500 sides with EXIT, he was also inducted into the Ruby Circle.

The company’s CEO for Canada, Joyce Paron, comments: “If ever there were a poster person for every young adult wanting to achieve great heights, Jeremie is it. He beautifully reminds us that age isn’t a deterrent to reaching your dreams.  Focused and driven, Jeremie inspires everyone around him.”
