Coldwell Banker Case Realty and Coldwell Banker Golden Key
Realty have merged to form the franchise’s largest company in the greater
Toronto area. The combined companies
will operate under the Coldwell Banker Case Realty banner. Roberta Case, broker/owner of Coldwell Banker
Case Realty, and Angelika Erner, broker/owner of Coldwell Banker Golden Key
Realty, are equal partners in the new company.
“These two companies know what it takes to be
successful. Together they have 80 years
of real estate experience to their credit,” says Hockey. “We support this merger, confident the
joint venture will provide Coldwell Banker sales representatives and their
existing and prospective customers with a more effective way of doing
business.”
The new company includes some 300 sales representatives and
seven offices, serving Toronto, Pickering, Ajax and Whitby.
And in Barrie, Paradigm Realty and Coldwell Banker Georgian
Realty have merged and will operate as Coldwell Banker Paradigm Realty. Stella Hutchinson, formerly with Paradigm
Realty/Better Homes and Gardens is the new principal broker; Larry Brewer of
Coldwell Banker Georgian Realty is associate broker.
