Last week, the Victoria Real Estate Board announced its 2024 board of directors, which will be chaired by local realtor Laurie Lidstone. All board directors are local realtors who volunteer to help guide the association.
Lidstone was born and raised in the Greater Victoria community and has years of real estate experience. She has volunteered with several Victoria Real Estate Board committees. After three years on the board of directors, she’s excited to have the privilege of serving as the 2024 chair, a release notes.
“As we welcome in 2024, I’m excited to look ahead to the promising prospects it holds for the real estate market,” Lidstone says. “In an environment where market dynamics are constantly evolving, having a trusted realtor by your side is paramount.”
Chair-elect Dirk VanderWal, treasurer Fergus Kyne, past chair Graden Sol and directors Bev Berger, Neil Bosdet, Kash Burley, Tara Lynn and Mark McDougall join Lidstone this year.
