As part of an online campaign, CREA is looking for unhappy FSBOs. Or in other words, people in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) who had a bad experience while trying to buy or sell their homes without a Realtor.
“If you experienced difficulty finding suitable buyers or properties, unsuccessful negotiations, paperwork errors, lack of neighbourhood knowledge or other challenges in the process of buying or selling a home without a Realtor, we want to hear from you,” says a notice from a casting firm hired by CREA.
Chosen participants will be paid $2,500 to appear in the campaign. They must be available for a half-day of recording during the week of Feb. 15.
The casting deadline is very tight. If you have some clients who might be interested, they are asked to immediately send a recent photo of themselves and their unhappy FSBO story to cath.peopleprojectscasting@gmail.com
