Schedulock, a startup that provides a booking service platform for real estate professionals, has been selected to join Web4Realty’s first in-house incubator. Eight startups from across Ontario, specializing in providing applications for real estate agents, applied to participate in the incubator.
“We have ambitious goals to get Schedulock into the hands of all Realtors in Canada,” says Alexander Poon, Schedulock CEO and co-founder… We want to change the way real estate showings are currently arranged and managed by providing Realtors with the tools needed to increase the efficiency and security of this process. With the experience and the success that Web4Realty has had in the industry, their mentorship and connections would help accelerate our growth into the Canadian real estate industry.”
Schedulock was recently named Canon’s Small Business Get Started winner. In just a few months into their pilot, Schedulock has already secured contracts with brokerages and has garnered interest from several others, who are currently using out-of-date booking systems, says Web4Realty.
“We are very eager to work with Alex and the Schedulock team. They’ve solved a massive problem that thousands of agents and brokers across North America could benefit from,” said Kosta Panagoulias, co-founder at Web4Realty.
Schedulock will have access to resources including guidance and mentorship from the founders at Web4Realty, free office space for six months and connections to industry experts.
Applications to Web4Realty’s second Incubator Session will open in June 2016.
