Tenantcube, a cloud-based property management software company, is offering a rent guarantee program that promises to protect residential landlords’ rental income.
Rent Guarantee is designed for situations where the tenant is in default and unable to pay rent, according to a press release from Tenantcube.
The company says its new program guarantees rent for up to 12 months and includes malicious damage protection, paralegal fee reimbursement, automatic rent collection, and one free credit/background check.
Tenantcube says its automatic rent collection ensures landlords are paid every month. If the tenant is late or defaults, the platform notifies landlords– giving them enough time to initiate and complete the eviction process, according to the company. It promises to guarantee new and mid-lease tenants.
