JLL Canada’s Tenant Representation group in Toronto has added David Fullerton as executive vice president, Allen Brusilow as senior vice president and Matthew McCusker as transaction manager.
Brett Elofson, managing director of JLL’s National Tenant Representation group says, “Their combined years of experience, extensive multi-market practice and envious client roster, added to our existing capabilities will help us further elevate our service offering in the GTA. Equally as important, they embody a strong culture of collaboration, work ethic and success.”
Fullerton and Brusilow have consistently ranked as top producers nationally over the past decade, while advising companies at the highest level, the company says.
With 29 years of leasing experience, Fullerton, a real estate veteran, has represented an extensive list of clients in more than 1,000 lease negotiations, yielding a transactional value of more than $2.2 billion. Fullerton has received industry recognition on numerous occasions and has a proven track record of success across the GTA, working both with leading real estate brokerage firms and investors, the company says.
Brusilow brings 12 years of experience representing corporate space users in the GTA – from Fortune 500 companies to home-grown tech start-ups, says JLL. Over the course of his career, he has helped clients optimize their global portfolio, has overseen complex lease negotiations and advised numerous organizations across the public and private sectors on site selection and workplace strategy.
“Over the past four years, our team has experienced sustained growth, increased its revenue by a remarkable 330 per cent and expanded to 23 experts in the downtown Toronto office,” says Elofson. “With the addition of David, Allen and Matthew, we are building an office leasing and advisory powerhouse in the GTA, which uniquely positions us to create new opportunities for our clients in this fast-moving market.”
