Colliers International adds new team in Kelowna, B.C.

Colliers International recently added four professionals to its operations in Kelowna, B.C.

The new advisors are Murray Wills, who will assume the position of vice president and managing broker, as well as Chris Wills, Jason Wills and Peter Taillon.

The announcement follows the firm’s acquisition of Centre Group Commercial Realty, a former Colliers affiliate, in late 2014.

Colliers also has offices in Vancouver, Surrey, Victoria, Nanaimo and Kamloops.

Kirk Kuester, executive managing director of Colliers International in Vancouver, says that with its diverse economy, prime location, booming high-tech industry and projected growth, Kelowna is one of British Columbia’s investment and economic hubs, which was the driving force behind Colliers’ expanded reach in the area.

After having owned and operated Centre Group Commercial since 1994, Perry Freeman is transitioning from his former managing broker role and focusing on Colliers Kelowna’s investment brokerage practice, the company says.
