Marcus & Millichap recently announced that Gianni Perrotta has joined the firm’s Toronto office.
“Gianni has a proven track record, closing over $700 million in sales over the course of his career,” says Mark Paterson, regional manager in Toronto. “He comes to us from CBRE, and prior to that Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a top 10 producer.”
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Perrotta spent 14 years in commercial real estate brokerage. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than 15 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions.
