Darren Shaw has been appointed vice president in Colliers International’s Waterloo (Ont.) Region office. Sales rep Erik Dahm and analyst Toni Laurentino have also joined the office.

Shaw has more than 23 years of experience. “He is well positioned to support our market,” says Innanen.
Dahm has been active in commercial real estate since 2013, specializing in the industrial market.
“Toni brings a depth of marketing and sales experience to Colliers,” says Innanen. “Working with Darren and Erik, she will provide proactive and direct assistance with the selling, leasing and marketing of properties as she works to become a licensed agent.”
