Coldwell Banker recognizes the loyalty of long-standing affiliates with the Milestone Awards program. During 2017, Coldwell Banker Canada president Andy Puthon has visited three Ontario affiliates to present their 15-year Crystal Milestone Awards. Awards were presented to:

- Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty, St. Catharines, Ont., now owned by Stephen Oliver
