A few weeks ago, REVEL corporate was a hub of frenetic activity. Preparation was underway for the first major event of REVEL’s calendar year—REVEL TIP OFF 2025.
Themed under the caption, “Thrive in 2025,” many moving pieces needed to come together in order to host REVEL’s growing membership of agents. From installing technological platforms to finalizing catering and securing a roster of inspiring speakers focused on motivating each and every attendee, REVEL TIP OFF 2025 launched the Spring selling season with celebratory energy, new swag, social sparks, and keen market insights.
REVEL’s commitment to its agents
Staged at the elegant Ovation Room in Allanburg, Ont. and highlighted by keynote speaking and real estate coaching savant, Kathleen Black, the day’s festivities were destined from the start to make a profound impact, cementing the commitment that REVEL consistently invests in its greatest resource—its agents. And yet, almost lost in the hustle and bustle of ensuring that every REVEL agent in attendance experienced an educational and productive day, was the reality that REVEL had achieved yet another milestone in its impressive, ten-year history—500 REALTORS®!
For a young, vibrant, and energy-driven brand, this milestone is a special one. Not only does this benchmark achievement validate the additional efforts required to REVELutionize real estate, but it also roots the vision in solid ground, as REVEL signs have now found a home in over 35 locations across Ontario.
“Reaching 500 agents is truly a remarkable feat, from where we started, so humbly, ten years ago,” reminisces Ryan Serravalle, founder of REVEL Realty. “We initially saw our vision as a boutique brokerage, but the response to our creative movement has been nothing short of dream-worthy,” adds Nicki Serravalle, founder of REVEL Realty.
A team-first approach to real estate
Still retaining its tightly knit, boutique feel and colleague camaraderie, and coupled with a team-first approach to real estate, REVEL has now graduated to another level of focus – leadership.
“We see leadership as the key ingredient in the real estate industry, moving forward,” explains Ryan Serravalle, who spoke to the topic of leadership in his address at a recent Buzz conference event. “Although technology is definitely staking its claim on the future, we see agents gaining experience, and then utilizing that experience to inspire others to authentically transform the way real estate is transacted in Canada. Join the REVELution
Those who have already joined the REVELution have definitely responded to this ‘call for leadership.’ Many agents who were once members of a real estate team, or a top selling agent in their respective marketplace, have graduated to more prominent leadership positions in the company.
“We want to offer our family of 500 agents every opportunity to grow their business, and diversify the way they do business in this industry,” adds Nicki Serravalle. “Leadership is the pinnacle of success, or at least, that’s how we see it. As a leader, you are giving back to the industry as much as you are directing your own personal business.”
As a former captain of The Holy Cross Crusaders Basketball Team, a Division 1, NCAA school, Ryan Serravalle knows all too well the benefits of emphasizing team and collaborative principles in a business environment. REVEL has exceeded every expectation and goal, with regards to expansion, but more importantly, retention has been exceptional, as most agents appreciate the breadth of potential available at a brand that continues to shift skillfully through the ups and downs of a fluctuating marketplace.
Three new offices in the GTA
Even one-time expansion targets that were once thought impossibilities have now asked for an invite at the REVEL table, resulting in three new offices in the Greater Toronto Area. These offices alone have found immediate success and increased market share, nearly doubling their agent memberships, after donning the REVEL logo on their office fronts.
Further expansion efforts are underway and new offices are scheduled to open while REVEL celebrates the tour of open houses along the way. Joining the REVELution has seamlessly merged with Leading a REVELution, to establish a formidable veteran/ rookie relationship that favours the principles of REVEL education, mentorship, and the benefits of REVshare.
As REVEL embarks on the next stage of its “Thrive in 2025” campaign, the energy continues to escalate as continued interest in the brand percolates with the anticipation of new offices, and a fresh approach to dealing with adversity, a practical answer to the sign of the times.
“We’ve always wanted REVEL to be a brand that speaks to every generation with positivity and reason to ‘celebrate’, which is our namesake. We believe it applies to this business in so many ways, and to the dream of home ownership,” outlines Ryan Serravalle.
